Samuel, the overall process of creating the code was completed correctly, with a couple of corrections. First, you have a couple uracils in your DNA. You only find uracils in RNA. Also, the strand should have been submitted with no spaces, like the example in the guidelines. The idea is that this assignment mimics the actual process of protein synthesis. In a cell, the DNA strands are not already broken into triplets. They are all connected. By breaking it into triplets, you made it easier for your decoder to figure out the sentence because you showed her ahead of time where the "words" were.
